We're building a focused, well-run group of restaurant and hospitality sites — starting in South London and expanding from there. Our ambition is clear, but so is our approach: get the fundamentals right, build a team that genuinely cares, and grow from a position of strength.
We work within the franchise model, partnering with brands that have strong consumer demand and genuine growth potential. Over time, we plan to broaden our portfolio across brands and locations — always with the same operating standards at the centre.
We hold every site to the same standard. Speed, quality, and consistency aren't things you bolt on later — they're built in from the start.
Great restaurants are made by great teams. We invest in the people who show up, develop those who show ambition, and build a culture where ownership is the norm.
We grow deliberately. Every new site has to earn its place — the right location, the right timing, the right team. We don't open for the sake of opening.
We're selective about the brands we operate. We want to be the partner every franchisor is proud to have in their network — and we earn that through how we run our sites.

Bunsik brings Korean street food — tteokbokki, kimbap, and fried chicken — to South London. Opening in April 2026, it's our first site and the foundation everything else is being built on.
